Serving families across Oswego County
Our neighbors and families deserve access to the medical equipment, health guidance, and practical support they need — with dignity, kindness, and care.
Medical Equipment Support
We provide access to essential medical equipment such as:
• Wheelchairs
• Hospital beds
• Walkers
• Commodes
• Mobility scooters
• Hoyer lifts
Equipment is donated by the community and made available to individuals and families who need it.
“Through our Medical Equipment Lending program, families can borrow the items they need for as long as they need them—at no cost. Each bed, chair, and walker we lend helps a neighbor regain comfort, safety, and independence.”

Community Programs
When a local neighbor returned home from a long hospital stay, her family was worried about how she would manage. Our lending program stepped in immediately, providing a comfortable hospital bed for her recovery and a sturdy walker to help her regain her strength. Within weeks, she was using one of our donated wheelchairs to visit her porch and enjoy the afternoon sun.
These stories of healing are only possible because of our community’s generosity. By sharing equipment we no longer need, we ensure every neighbor can recover with safety and dignity.
